No, you cannot ship your kids Its illegal.

We do not condone such behavior and will not accept shipments with any types of living things inside.

You can drop off your package with the label and commercial invoices attached at any DHL drop box or drop off point.

The correct zipcode must be used.

Shipments may be charged extra fees for incorrect zipcodes.

All of our shipments go through DHL for reliable and fast service.

Usually shipping from the US to Israel takes about 3 business days.

However since everyone now has an excuse not to do their job (#corona) there is no guarantee but in most cases it will still get there within 3 days.

Shipments can be voided and refunded if they were not yet picked up for a $5 fee.

You can then make a new label.

Shipments that were allready picked up can be rerouted back to the pickup address for a $17 fee as long as the package is still in the USA. (subject to availability)

If the package has left the USA we will not be able to reroute it.

There will be no refunds for rerouted packages.

There are many goverment offices in the US that have PO boxes as their addresses.

Only the US Postal Service can send mail to PO boxes.
